Tourist and business visas
You pick the country. Vizir does the paperwork
The application form and a document checklist built for your passport, plus your visa appointment on the Full service plan. A visa specialist reviews every application before it is submitted.
Free to start. You pay once the package is ready and you have seen it.
How it works
Three steps from “I want to go” to a booked appointment
Name the country and dates
Vizir shows straight away which documents your passport and country of residence call for, what the fee is and when to apply.
Send a photo of your passport and answer a few questions
You do not retype your passport: we take the details from the photo and a specialist checks them against it. What is left is what the passport does not say: work, past trips, where you will stay, your route.
A specialist checks it — you submit
A visa specialist checks the form against your passport and documents. You get a finished package; on the Full service plan, an appointment as well.

What is included
A finished package, not a list of tips
- The application form, filled in to the consulate's rules. Passport details letter for letter.
- A document checklist for your case: passport, country of residence, job, purpose of the trip.
- A cover letter and a day-by-day itinerary that match your bookings.
- Specialist review: form, statements, bookings, insurance.
- Your visa appointment. A specialist checks the official site daily and books in your name — on the Full service plan.
- Telegram or WhatsApp support until the consulate decides — on the Full service plan.
Review
A specialist reads your application before it is submitted
In 2025 Schengen consulates refused 14.6% of applications worldwide, and 6.4% of those lodged in Russia. Most reasons on the refusal form are about paperwork: the purpose of the trip is not justified, the funds are not shown, the details do not match.
- The form matches the passport letter for letter.
- Trip dates, bookings, insurance and statements line up.
- The bank balance meets the country's required daily amount for the whole stay.
- The purpose of the trip is backed by documents, not just words.

Living abroad
Russian passport, living elsewhere? Apply where you hold residence
A Schengen application is submitted in the country where you legally live. The single-entry rule introduced for Russian nationals in November 2025 covers those who live and apply in Russia. With a residence permit in Türkiye, Serbia, the UAE or Kazakhstan that rule does not apply; the length of the visa and the number of entries are for the consulate to decide.

What changed for applicants this year
US visa bond is now permanent: $10,000 to $20,000 for citizens of 50 countries
From 3 August 2026 a US visitor visa costs citizens of 50 countries far more than the $185 fee: once the consul approves the visa, they must post a bond of $10,000, $15,000 or $20,000.
ReadThe UK has stopped putting visas in passports: what an eVisa means for visitors
Since 1 July 2026 the UK no longer puts a visa sticker in any passport. An approved visa exists only as an electronic record linked to your passport number — and you have to check it yourself before you fly.
ReadUS visa interview in ten days for $750: who can actually buy the fast track
From 1 July 2026 the United States sells a faster route to the visa interview: $750 on top of the $185 application fee buys an appointment within ten business days. The catch is where — only a handful of consulates offer it.
